Process:

  • Begins with a consultation with your licensed naturopathic doctor to see if Clear + Brilliant is right for you.
  • Numbing cream may be applied to the treatment area to provide additional comfort.
  • Your doctor will gently guide the appropriate Clear + Brilliant handpiece across the target area and actively treat your skin for approximately 15-20 minutes.
  • With Clear + Brilliant Perméa® treatments, a topical antioxidant serum can or might be applied to the skin immediately after treatment. A refreshing biocellulose masque may also be applied for 10–15 minutes after treatment.
  • Recovery begins immediately after the treatment with your skin feeling softer and having improved tone for a youthful, more radiant glow. You may experience slight redness, swelling, or discomfort but this typically subsides within just 12 hours after your treatment. Over the next 1-2 weeks after one treatment, your skin will progressively feel softer, look brighter, and show more even tone.
  • Recommended aftercare includes avoiding sunlight for 2 days post-treatment and wearing a clean sunblock between SPF 30-50.

Recommended course:

The number of treatments recommended will depend on your concerns and skincare desires. For corrective purposes, 3-6 treatments are generally required in intervals of 2-6 weeks. For maintenance, we suggest treatments every 1-6 months. Your naturopathic doctor will discuss a personalized treatment regimen with you.
